At AIC, we work together to accomplish each of our goals. Our dedication to our customers is evident in how we treat everyone and help each other in the quest to solve problems and to reach the goal of having happy customers. Blaine Adams

President

Blaine Adams has been with AIC since the beginning. He oversees all day-to-day operations, as well as providing the vision and direction for the company. He started off as an applicator for spray-on roof coatings and gradually became more involved with traditional roofing.

Blaine lives in Nicholasville with his wife Jessica and their five children, Ben, Charlie, Lizzie, Michael, and John. Blaine enjoys reading and spending time hiking and fishing with his family. He is an active member of Clays Mill Baptist Church and is a direct descendant of the Hatfields from the Hatfields and McCoys feud.

Craig Kendrickson

Production Manager

Craig has come from Washington State to join the team at AIC. He got into roofing 32 years ago on a dare from a friend and he hasn’t stopped since. Craig enjoys the team members he works with at AIC. His hobbies include riding motorcycles with the American Legion and spending time with his grandkids. He volunteers to feed the homeless, and bingo at the V.A. Hospital. Craig spends a great deal of time helping veterans, and being an active member of the community.

Angie Lee

Office Manager

Angela has always worked in office spaces. Her favorite part about AIC is the people she works with. Originally from Winchester, Kentucky, Angela enjoys reading a good book, woodwork, gardening, and fishing. She enjoys going to the movies and festivals in her spare time. She has been married to her husband, Jonathan, for 26 years.

Todd Reynolds

Assistant Production Manager

Todd got into roofing through AIC and has embraced the opportunity to learn the trade. His favorite part is meeting new people and helping them solve problems. Todd lives in Richmond with his wife Crystal and their four children: Riley, Luke, James, and Allie. He loves spending time with his family and following sports in the UK. Spending time on the family farm is one of his favorite past times. Todd is also part of the Salem Christian Church.

Martin Iseman

Jobsite Supervisor

Marty has been working in construction for years installing siding and metal wrap. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, fishing, and riding motorcycles. He is one with a big heart who is willing to help others.

Mike Brown

Jobsite Supervisor

Mike Brown comes to AIC with experience in construction. He is from Lexington, Kentucky and enjoys working with the awesome team of AIC. Mike is married to Boe Branham and has three children: Jaidan, Nicole, and Scott. Riding motorcycles and tinkering with old muscle cars are a couple of hobbies, Mike enjoys. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and is willing to help anyone in need. Mike also has a gift for retaining interesting information.

Shadoe Day

Jobsite Supervisor

Shadoe is originally from Broadhead, Kentucky and has been a roofer for most of his life. He enjoys the people and the friendly environment at AIC. When he isn’t roofing, Shadoe is either painting, working around the house, or riding motorcycles. He has one child named Shayde. Shadoe is a member of his local motorcycle club and volunteers at charity events.

Ted Durling

Repair Technician

Ted started in the roofing industry when his brother had a company. Ted is originally from Keene, New Hampshire and moved to Kentucky. He lives with his wife Bonita and together they have four children: Teddy, Katie, Carrisa, and Jamie. Among spending time with his family and Sunday football, Ted also enjoys collecting coins. He was a member of the 118th Airborne Infantry. Ted donates to St. Judes and enjoys playing with his grandkids.

Sales Consultant

Dylan Ray Webb has been on the production side of the construction industry for most of his life.  After spending some time in the auto industry he decided to return to something he knows and loves; solving problems and renovating homes.  Dylan lives in Falmouth with his fiancé, where they recently bought their first home.  In his spare time, Dylan loves to play one of his many instruments, travel, spend time in nature, and paint everything from motorcycles to guitars.

Justin Gash

Sales Consultant

Justin is a lifelong Kentuckian and loves the construction and roofing industry.  He loves to learn and prides himself on being able to solve tricky leaks, and helping people resolve roof problems. He enjoys spending time with his family and even coaches his daughter’s soccer team. Justin volunteers for church activities and enjoys attending Kentucky football games. Justin volunteers for Toyota Bluegrass Miracle League, AIYSA, and FCC Lawrenceburg. He also likes to play hockey.

Ryan is originally from Nicholasville, KY and now resides in Lexington. He is married to his wife Daedra, and has two beautiful children, Jake and Callie. He and his family attend Southland Christian Church. Ryan comes from a construction background and enjoys working with new people everyday. He values all of his customers, and takes pride in having the opportunity to solve problems for them ensuring that they and their families are protected under a roof they can be confident in.

Chris Cole

Chris Cole

Sales Consultant

Chris has lived in central Kentucky his whole life, and now lives in Frankfort with his wife Leslie and their daughter Leah. They attend Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. He started in the construction business selling cabinets and countertops at the wholesale level when he was just out of high school. He worked for a home builder in the area as a purchasing agent, and spent years after that working for a local supplier for exterior building products as a sales associate before coming to AIC. He is a lifetime Alabama Football and UK Basketball fan and loves spending time with family and friends watching and going to games. He spends Friday nights during high school football season doing play by play for his local radio station. He has spent years as a volunteer and coach for many youth programs in Frankfort.
